Wayne enjoyed a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy before he pursued human resources management. Since then he has enjoyed senior positions leading ‘People & Culture’ in major Australian organisations.

Wayne brings a wealth of experience to TQCSI, particularly with his HR background and experience in local government.

Wayne will initially focus on promoting and auditing the HR Compliance Code. Wayne was a strong contributor to the Code’s development and is convinced it will add value to organisations, providing them with the means to demonstrate compliance with HR regulatory requirements and best practice initiatives.
