TQCSI - ISO Certification of Management Systems
TQCSI maintains a simple and straightforward approach to auditing and certification. We are focused on meeting our clients’ requirements through a transparent and honest partnership. Our Head Office in Australia and our Regional Offices in 25+ countries are committed to this service.
This philosophy is what sets TQCSI apart from other certification bodies. We add value to our clients’ certification, which, in turn, strengthens our partnership and grows our reputation as the most professional certification body in the world.
Remote Auditing
At TQCSI, we understand that business can be unpredictable, and that organisations must be able to adapt to unexpected challenges. As such, TQCSI have attained accreditation by JASANZ to conduct remote audits, ensuring organisations can maintain their certification regardless of disruptions that may otherwise impact business operations. This accreditation allows our auditors to make use of information and communication technology (ICT) to support physical on-site audits, in certain circumstances for specific programs. The use of ICT as an auditing tool is dependent on the organisation’s available infrastructure, as we ensure there is no compromise on the integrity of the overall audit for certification approval. TQCSI remote auditing may include interactive web-based collaboration, web meetings, teleconferences and/or electronic verification of an organisation’s processes.
Notification of Certification
Formal notice of certification is generally forwarded within five business days of audit completion, with a framed Certificate following shortly after. Once certified, clients are also listed on the TQCSI List of Certified Organisations and, for JASANZ accredited programs, on the JASANZ Register.
Our Management Systems Certifications
TQCSI audits and certifies to the following standards:
JASANZ accredited programs
ANAB accredited programs
Non JASANZ accredited programs
ISO Standards

TQCSI Codes
For organisations seeking to implement new business processes, TQCSI has developed a series of codes which provide an easily digestible entry point to management systems.
Some codes, such as HACCP, provide more targeted, industry specific standards than their ISO counterparts. Codes can provide a stepping stone to ISO certification as an organisation grows.
TQCSI codes are a cost-effective, alternative solution that set a benchmark for management systems.

Certification Marks
Once certified, we provide our clients with the Certification Marks for identification and promotional purposes. The TQCSI certification marks highlight our client's commitment to continually improving their business while meeting International and/or industry specific standards. This clear, identifiable marker demonstrates that you have been certified by a world class certification body. The TQCSI Rules of Certification contain instructions for the use of those marks. The marks are personalised to each individual client and are provided in electronic format for use on promotional material.

What accredited management system certification means
To achieve an organisation’s objectives related to the expected outcomes intended by the management systems standard, the accredited management system certification is expected to provide confidence that the organisation has a management system that conforms to the applicable requirements of the specific ISO standard. In particular, it is to be expected that the organisation:
- has a system which is appropriate for its organisational context and certification scope
- has defined a policy appropriate for the intent of the specific management system standard and to the nature, scale and impacts of its activities, products and services over their lifecycles
- is addressing risks and opportunities associated with its context and objectives
- analyses and understands customer needs and expectations, as well as the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements related to its products, processes and services
- ensures that product, process, and service characteristics have been specified to meet customer and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements
- has determined and is managing the processes needed to achieve the expected outcomes intended by the management system standard
- has ensured the availability of resources necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these products, processes and services
- monitors and controls the defined product process and service characteristics
- aims to prevent nonconformities, and has systematic improvement processes in place to:
- react and correct any nonconformities that do occur (including product and service nonconformities that are detected after delivery)
- determine the cause of nonconformities and take corrective action to avoid their recurrence
- determine if similar nonconformities exist, or could potentially occur
- implement any action needed
- review the effectiveness of any corrective action taken
- address complaints from interested parties
- has implemented an effective internal audit and management review process
- is monitoring, measuring, analysing, evaluating and improving the effectiveness of its management system
- has implemented processes for communicating internally, as well as responding to and communicating with interested external parties.
