Khuslen oversees the certification process, including preparation, planning, scheduling, and reporting. She is also responsible for handling client enquiries and liaising with the Head Office to ensure all processes adhere to the requirements of standards, delivering exceptional results.

Tugssaikhan assists in external liaisons and is responsible for documentation. She is a Mechanical engineer having background in state inspections, tutoring and consulting for 30+ years. She is a qualified Auditor and Trainer in SMS.
