Following 29 days, 7 countries, 11 flights, 2 trains, 1 bus, 11 hotels (including the best and worst in Japan), 9 regional office visits, 1 week long audit and a 2 day auditor training course, The President and Mrs Bates returned home last week a little exhausted.

Regional Offices in Indonesia, Singapore, Oita Japan, Fukuoka Japan, Seoul Korea, Incheon Korea, Taiwan, China & Vietnam were visited and operational meetings held.

The President was also able to present the 2017 Awards for Regional Office of the Year to TQCSI (Singapore), Auditor of the Year to Hisanori Takayama of TQCSI (OCO) and Employee of the Year to Carol Chang of TQCSI (China).
