Cathalia F. Randing

Cathalia is a highly experienced legal and management professional with close to 30 years of expertise in operations, compliance, and international standards. As a founder and shareholder of several companies, including TQCSI Indonesia, she provides strategic oversight for the company's growth. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Trisakti and a Master of Law from Universitas Jayabaya. A Lead Auditor for various ISO standards, Cathalia possesses deep technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of certifications, including food safety, sustainability, and global supply chain security.
Berry Boen

Berry is responsible for the overall management, strategic growth, and regulatory compliance of TQCSI Indonesia. Under his leadership, the office was recognized as TQCSI’s Regional Office of the Year in 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA from Iowa State University, as well as a Master of Law from Universitas Jayabaya. With nearly 30 years of experience across the distribution, manufacturing, and certification sectors, Berry serves as a Lead Auditor and offers deep expertise in a broad range of international management system standards.
Susan Boen

Susan manages the relationship between TQCSI Indonesia, its clients, and the TQCSI Head Office. She oversees all client inquiries and ensures that daily operations remain in full alignment with global TQCSI requirements. Serving as the primary liaison with the Head Office, Susan facilitates the communication necessary to maintain seamless regional operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Portland.

Esti leads the technical administration for TQCSI Indonesia, focusing on audit documentation, scheduling, and financial matters. She ensures the precision of the certification process by coordinating the logistical requirements of audits and managing the company’s fiscal records. Esti graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel Management from the Trisakti Institute of Tourism, bringing strong organizational expertise to the team's operational workflow.
