President & Managing Director 

Craig enjoyed a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy before establishing TQCSI in the early 1990's. He is recognised as a leading expert in management systems, and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall success of TQCSI. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, a Senior Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP and QHSE. Craig manages the development of all new certification programs.

Sean is responsible for the management of the certification approval process and maintaining JASANZ accreditation. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, an Aerospace Experienced Auditor for AS 9100, 9110 and 9120, as well as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the QHSE Code, and TQCSI’s Lead for QMS, EMS & OHS.

Ekas is responsible for maintaining JASANZ accreditation, administers FSSC 22000, and manages the Head Office Team. She is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and the Auditor Evaluation Panel,  and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, and HACCP. Ekas is also TQCSI’s lead for the ISMS Scheme and Workforce Australia (QAF).

Carolin is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP. Carolin is also TQCSI’s Lead for FSMS.

Louise is responsible for all financial matters.

Regional Office Coordinator (Blue) 

Elijah coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices including Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. He is also responsible for coordinating Nuts changes, certification and accreditation data, and resolving IT problems at Head Office.

Sophie Craft

Regional Office Coordinator (White) 

Sophie coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices including Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan and Philippines. She also assists with certification approvals in China.
