Craig Bates

President & Managing Director 

Craig enjoyed a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy before establishing TQCSI in the early 1990's. He is recognised as a leading expert in management systems and is responsible for the strategic direction of TQCSI. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, and a Senior Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP and QHSE. Craig is also TQCSI's Scheme Lead for Asset Management and Quality for Medical Devices. 

Sean Bates

Vice-President & CEO 

Sean is responsible for the operation and overall success of TQCSI. He is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, an Aerospace Experienced Auditor for AS 9100, 9110 and 9120, as well as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the QHSE Code. Sean is also TQCSI's Scheme Lead for Aviation, Space & Defence, Quality, Environment & Safety.

Ekaspreet Kiran

Accreditation Manager

Ekas is responsible for maintaining JASANZ accreditation, administers FSSC 22000, and manages the Head Office Team. She is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and the Auditor Evaluation Panel, and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, and HACCP. Ekas is also TQCSI’s Scheme Lead for Information Security.

Carolin Arndt

Certification Manager 

Carolin is responsible for maintaining FSMS accreditation, including FSSC 22000. Carolin is a member of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, and a Senior Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP. Carolin is also TQCSI’s Scheme Lead for FSMS.

Louise Bates

Financial Controller

Louise is responsible for the management and integrity of all financial matters and compliance with relevant legislative requirements.

Elijah Skorup

Senior Regional Office Coordinator  

Elijah is responsible for training new ROs, coordinating Nuts changes, certification and accreditation data, and resolving IT problems at Head Office. As Regional Office Coordinator (Blue), Elijah coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices, including AGS Korea, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. 

Loki Bretton

Regional Office Coordinator (Red) 

Loki coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices, including Arabia, Egypt, Irana, Iraq, Lanka, Singapore, Syria, Thailand and USA. Loki is also TQCSI (Australia)’s Auditor Coordinator.

Sophie Craft

Regional Office Coordinator (White) 

Sophie coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices, including Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Jordan and Mongolia. Sophie also coordinates TQCSI Training, RO Training and Quality Trade.

Rachel Abuda

Regional Office Coordinator (Green) 

Rachel coordinates certification and auditor approvals for Regional Offices, including Australia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Philippines, PNG and Fiji. Rachel assists the Accreditation Manager with JASANZ accreditation and coordinates document control.

Alanna Ieraci

Quality House Coordinator 

Alanna is responsible for managing daily operations of Quality House including visitor services, administration, and office coordination.
