Umair Khalid

Certification Manager

Umair Khalid serves as the Certification Manager, responsible for overseeing the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of the certification process. His core responsibilities include managing the end-to-end certification cycle, ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and relevant accreditation requirements. He supervises audit planning, monitors auditor performance, and ensures that all audit findings are reviewed objectively and resolved in a timely manner. He acts as a key liaison between clients and auditors, ensuring seamless communication, documentation accuracy, and overall service quality.
