Craig enjoyed a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy before establishing TQCSI in the early 90's. He is recognised as a leading expert in the development of Quality, Environmental and HACCP based Food Safety Management Systems. Craig is responsible for achieving JAS-ANZ accreditation of new programs and is the President of TQCSI. He is also a certified QMS, EMS, HACCP and MSC Lead Auditor, and a RABQSA Skill Examiner.

Lorraine is TQCSI's Accreditation Manager. She is responsible for maintaining TQCSI's JAS-ANZ accreditation. As part of the Certification Approval Panel and Auditor Evaluation Panel, Lorraine is responsible for approving certifications and auditors. Lorraine also ensures the quality of audit reports and is a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.

Mohamed Noor Sany Managing Director
Sany graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Structural Engineering from University of Sussex, United Kingdom. He also possesses a Diploma in Safety from RoSPA, Birmingham, UK. Sany is also a trained and accredited UK HSE Auditor, a certified (Malaysian) Safety and Health Officer, and industry-trained in Risk Management.
Sany served Shell Group of Companies for over 20 years before venturing into safety advisory and training. He is currently our Group Managing Director.
